TRUE STEWARDSHIP.comStewardship Financial Services, Inc.This site focuses on the beliefs, issues and actions that relate giving and charity to the most fulfilling aspects of our lives. What is the relationship of giving to the ways that we get the most out of our lives, really? And if you can have more from life, why would you accept less? We believe that TRUE STEWARDSHIP is the way to answer these questions, and also that it must involve giving, charity and tithing. Giving is first and foremost a fundamental attitude, which is why it is so powerful. It is the attitude of being of value to others. Giving is much more than just the giving of time and money. However, Giving should begin with both, volunteering and the giving of money, using Titing or giving 10% of one’s net as a foundation. In this way Giving helps build the core attitude that is necessary for a full life. This is what is meant by True Stewardship. You cannot get the most from life without giving! This is not just a belief. It is a scientific fact! Tithing was required by biblical “law” in pre-Christian times. However, today tithing is considered to be part of “true stewardship” (i.e., of one’s personal finances) and is a spiritual challenge, not a law. Thus tithing stewardship is a centerpiece of what might be termed “spiritual economics”. True stewardship affects the total balance or our being that suffuses us as we go through life. True stewardship manifests as a deep contentment that we feel in our relationships with our God, others in our community and ourselves. What can and must we do to improve the lives of others and those who are close to us? How should we balance the spiritual, mental and the material aspects of our lives in our feelings, thoughts and actions? We welcome your questions and suggestions. If we can help, or if you would like to work with us,
